The Community Center has three (3) rooms for rental and four (4) different session times.
The Community Center books five (5) years in advance.
Rooms can be placed on hold for forty-eight (48) hours (if available).
Within the forty-eight (48) hours, a contract must be signed with a fifty percent (50 %) deposit of the total rental fees due at signing, with the balance of the rental price due sixty (60) days prior to the function. (If booking a room and your date is within sixty (60) days, the full rental price must be paid within the forty-eight (48) hours).
A seventy-five (75%) refund will be issued if you cancel at least ninety (90) days in advance of your original event date, a twenty-five (25%) refund will be issued if you cancel at least eighty-nine (89) to sixty-one (61) days prior to your original event date. No refunds will be issued if you cancel sixty (60) days or less prior to your original event date. REFUNDS ISSUED TAKE A MINIMUM OF 15 WORKING DAYS TO A MAXIMUM OF 30 WORKING DAYS TO BE PROCESSED.
