The Emergency Locate & Find Program, or E.L.F., was designed to assist the Midwest City Police Department patrol division in locating missing persons.  At this time the only persons available for the this program are those who are certified C.O.P.P.'s patrollers.

E.L.F. participants are activated through the Community Action Office and will assist in locating the missing elderly, mentally challenged or other persons the on-scene supervisor deems necessary.
