Required Documents:
Two sets of paper plans and at least oneset of equip specs including battery calcs, and voltage drops(provide run lengths). All plans shall be drawn to scale, said scale shall be 1/8” orgreater.
One set shall beretained by the dept, one stamped set shall be kept on the job site. If additional sets are desired provide additional sets. State issued companylicense shall be provided.
Provide description and scope of work to be performed.
Shop Drawings:
Submitted drawings shall comply with the requirements of NFPA 72 chapter 4, A 4.5.1.1 (2007 edition).
Point to Pointwiring diagram. Riser Diagram. Building elevation,detailing ceiling height and construction.
Fees:
For all systems $50.00, plus .01 cents sq ft for new systems.
$50.00 flat fee for remodel/ retrofit work.
