Juvenile Probation Officer: 405.739.1350
Probation Supervisor: 405.739.1287
The Juvenile Department works with juveniles who have committed delinquent offenses within the city limits of Midwest City and who have been cited by the Police Department. Individualized probation plans are created and presented in court to a judge and adopted by juvenile, parent(s), probation officer and judge. The juvenile is then monitored by the Juvenile Probation Officer and is to report progress or problems as they occur.
Midwest City does not have a detention or holding facility for juveniles. A list of possible placements can be mailed upon request if seeking placement of youth.
The purpose of this department is to address misdemeanor offenses committed by juveniles by confronting, education and holding accountable the youth; giving them an opportunity to change their negative behavior.
