4.         Do I have to show up for court?

If you were arrested/released from jail, (Yes).  If your citation is a correctable traffic offense, you

can provide proof of the correction and the court will dismiss with court cost of $50.00.

 

5.          Can I speak to the Prosecutor before my court date?

No. the prosecutor will only speak to you on your court date.

9.       If I am in jail on my court date, what happens?

You can have someone post a cash bond on or before the court date and a new date will be issued.  Otherwise, a warrant will be issued for failure to appear.

10.       What do I do if I want to File an Appeal?

You will need to advise the Judge in open court,that you wish/want to file an Appeal. The judge

will have you go out to the clerk’s window to pick-up the Appeal process.
