City of Midwest City

The volleyball courts are located near the Rotary pavilion near the center of the park. There is no charge for the courts, but reservations are strongly encouraged.

Pavilion Hours 

All pavilion hours are 7:00am — 10:00pm

Pavilion Rates

The following pavilions are reserved with a $15.00/hr charge:
Joe B. Barnes Regional Park
Rotary Pavilion & Joe B. Barnes Pavilion

Kiwanis Park
Kiwanis South Pavilion

Lions Park
Lions Pavilion

The following pavilions are reserved with a $7.50/hr charge:
Joe B. Barnes Regional Park
Garden Pavilion
Kiwanis Park
Kiwanis North Pavilion

The following pavilions are not reserved and are on a first come/first serve basis:
Tom Poore Park , ESA Park, Morris McGee Pavilion, Optimist Pavilion, and Mid-America Park

Rental of the pavilion will ensure your group a time and place for your event. Groups with a rental contract for the pavilion will take precedence over any group that has not rented the pavilion. Should a dispute over the pavilion happen, the Midwest City Police department will be notified to remove any persons using the pavilion that does not have a contract for the use of said pavilion. Groups renting the pavilion must have their reservation form with them at the pavilion the day of their rental to ensure proper identification for the use of the pavilion.
