Rental of the pavilion will ensure your group a time and place for your event. Groups with a rental contract for the pavilion will take precedence over any group that has not rented the pavilion. Should a dispute over the pavilion happen, the Midwest City Police department will be notified to remove any persons using the pavilion that does not have a contract for the use of said pavilion. Groups renting the pavilion must have their reservation form with them at the pavilion the day of their rental to ensure proper identification for the use of the pavilion.
