This committee is comprised of four members, one member from the council, one member from the Planning Commission, one member from the Builders Advisory Board and an at large appointment, such as a local developer.
This committee was created to guide the updating process for the Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance. Their primary focus is to forward recommendations to the council regarding updates to these two sets of regulations.
