  1. Grants Management

    The Midwest City Grants Management Department uses Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding, combined with other federal and private grant sources to provide a wide range of activities and services that benefit our community.

    This division administers the municipal court which processes over 18,000 citations a year. Court clerk personnel perform all duties related to the prosecution and collections of criminal complaints.

    The purpose of this department is to combine the efforts of all divisions, Neighborhoods In Action, Code Enforcement, and Neighborhood Initiative, to function in a more efficient, productive and organized manner in dealing with quality of life issues.

  9. Sanitation Services (Trash)

    The Department's primary purpose is to collect and dispose of all accumulated refuse so to maintain a safe and clean environment for families and businesses.

    The Stormwater Quality Division was created as a result of the Environmental Protection Agency’s phase 2 Stormwater regulations of the Clean Water Act which the City of Midwest City is required to meet.
