Chaplain Garza is currently serving as Chaplain for the Midwest City Police Department. Chaplain Garza has a deep love for God, family, country and the work of the ministry. Chaplain Garza has been preaching and teaching for over twenty years, leading numerous church ministries. He loves to read and enjoys watching the San Antonio Spurs and spending time with his family. He has been happily married to his wife, Becky, for over 28 years. They have four daughters, Hilary, Hannah, Heather, and Hayden.
Chaplain Garza was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. At the age of twenty, while attending college, he enlisted in the United States Air Force. While serving in the Air Force from 1985 to 2007, his duties required his family and him to move throughout the United States. Chaplain Garza retired at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant.
Chaplain Garza's passion is to know his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, to make him known, and to equip his people for life and the work of the ministry. During a twenty year tenure, he has served as a minister in San Antonio, Texas, Phoenix, Arizona, and Midwest City, Oklahoma.
