Midwest City’s eighth annual Made in Oklahoma Fest presented by Hudiburg Auto Group is May 10 and 11 at the Sheraton Midwest City at the Reed Conference Center, 5750 Will Rogers Rd.
Friday evening will feature a Friday Night Concert and Beer and Wine Garten along with food trucks and yard games. Saturday highlights include live music on multiple stages, a Coffee and Car Show and an educational Children’s Zone.
Made in Oklahoma Fest is designed to showcase Oklahoma’s own and features more than 80 local vendors including wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, food trucks, artists and merchandise retailers. A special painting class from Pinot’s Palette will also be on site Saturday in time for Mother’s Day.
“We are excited to announce our official partnership with MIO Coalition,” said Sara Williams, Midwest City’s Special Events and Marketing Manager. “We encourage visitors to stop by their booth to support familiar household brands as well as to discover some new favorites.”
Attendees can purchase tasting packages, including the popular 10 tasting tokens with commemorative glassware for $22.
Parking and admission are free both days. Friday the event is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday’s hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Sheraton Midwest City Hotel is offering special festival rates for overnight guests.
