Do I need a permit to …………?
The short answer is “Yes”, you probably do need a permit. To be safe, let’s talk and get the details of your plans for whatever improvement you are proposing to make to your property. Once our staff has an understanding of your planned work, we can advise you on any permits that may be needed, the time line to get those permits approved, and the cost of those permits.

How is a certain property zoned?
The Midwest City Zoning Code establishes a total of 25 different zoning districts. Each district has its own rules and regulations as to what type of development is permitted. Before you purchase or lease a property, call us to make sure the property can be used in a manner that meets your needs.
3.
Can you identify my property lines?
Our staff members are not surveyors and therefore cannot mark your property. We can research the property deeds and, in most cases, tell you the dimensions of your property.
