Midwest City Boards, Committees, Commissions, and Authorities

The Midwest City Mission Statement is, “To maximize the quality of life for our citizens through professional services, proper management of existing resources and appropriate planning.” The thirty Midwest City boards, committees, commissions, and authorities exist to enhance our mission. We also have Midwest City representatives on ten outside boards, committees, commissions, and authorities.

The Midwest City elected officials are automatically on the following:

City Council
Economic Development Commission
Economic Development Authority
Memorial Hospital Authority
Municipal Authority
Utilities Authority

The sub-committees of the elected officials include:

The following boards have members nominated from their residential wards by their council members and approved by the City Council:
