Improper Sales Tax Charge Reporting Form
If you have been charged more than 9.1% sales tax on any goods or products that have been delivered to your home or business or for purchases you have made on the Internet, please take a moment to complete our Improper Sales Tax Charge Reporting Form. Once our Finance Department becomes aware that a retailer is not charging residents the proper sales tax amount and thus, not crediting our community, they will contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission to correct the problem.
