Utility Customer Service

The City of Midwest City’s Utility Customer Service is changing hours of operation for the office and drive through, effective Monday, May 4. The new hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for calls and drive through payments. Due to COVID-19, the office is currently closed to the public for in-person payments. 

Utility customers can use the dropbox at their convenience for payments by check or money order. In addition, online payments are accepted. There are no service fees or additional fees for paying online.

When paying online, please note that payments before 5 p.m. are credited the same business day. Payments received after 5 p.m., on weekends, and on city-observed holidays will be credited the next business day.  Customers can make a one-time payment or set up recurring monthly payments online.
