Starting September 25th, Midwest City residents will begin seeing our 2024 Citizen Satisfaction Survey in the mail. Everyone who receives the survey is encouraged to answer the questions and return it using the provided postage-paid envelope. The Citizen Satisfaction Survey is an important tool we use to measure how our residents feel about the work we're doing as a city and how they feel about their community. For residents who don't receive the survey in the mail, the same survey will made be available online at midwestcityok.org starting Wednesday morning. It's very important that MWC residents return their mail-in surveys to our contractor, ETC Institute. ETC Institute is the same organization that handled our last survey in 2014. They will compile the data and provide reports for us so we can use the information for strategic planning purposes.
