We appreciate everyone who took the time to complete our 2024 Citizen Satisfaction Survey.

The Citizen Satisfaction Survey is an important tool we use to measure how our residents feel about the work we're doing as a city and how they feel about their community. 

ETC Institute, recognized as a leading company in assisting communities with resident surveys, is the same organization that managed our last survey in 2014. They will compile the data and provide reports for City leadership to use for strategic planning.
