The Citizen Satisfaction Survey is an important tool we use to measure how our residents feel about the work we're doing as a city and how they feel about their community.
ETC Institute, recognized as a leading company in assisting communities with resident surveys, is the same organization that managed our last survey in 2014. They have compiled the 2024 data and provided reports for City leadership to use for strategic planning. This data is also available for you to explore.

Midwest City met or exceeded the national average for 40 of 48 measures in the survey. We're especially proud of how our residents rated the overall quality of the service they are receiving from Midwest City employees.
"It would be very easy to look at all these numbers and see only the parts where we fell below the national average, but that’s not what I’m seeing. I’m seeing the things that we are doing right and I’m seeing areas where we can very easily improve. That being said, I am very proud of the way our City staff fared in this survey. Our residents told us that they received great customer service when they needed an issue corrected and that it was easy to get it done. I want to personally say thank you to our employees for how they represent and serve this community."
