COVID vaccination clinic March 10 at the Reed Center-appointments available.

If you are looking for a Covid vaccination and meet the current criteria, we are hosting a clinic this coming Wednesday, March 10 at the Reed Center.  Additional appointments have been made available, use the link below to schedule your vaccination: http://bit.ly/2PBC49A

If you had an appointment scheduled for the February 10 clinic that got rescheduled, your appointment time will be honored on March 10 with no action needed from you.

ELIGIBILITY: This vaccination event is for any adult Oklahoma resident who meets one of the following criteria

Will be 65 or older before 12/31/2021 (verification of age will be required)
Any adult with severe comorbidities as defined by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (asthma, cancers, chronic lung disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure/hypertension, obesity, Down syndrome, mellitus, or chronic liver disease)
Any Adult at high risk of mortality and severe morbidity resulting from a COVID infection as determined by a physician
K-12 Teachers or any staff working in a K-12 school (verification of employment will be required)
Any adult eligible in Phase 1 (verification will be required)

1ST DOSE: This clinic is for first dose vaccinations only. If you have already received a dose, please look for a second dose clinic. 

PFIZER: All vaccine available at this clinic will be Pfizer. If you would prefer the Moderna vaccine, please look for a first dose Moderna clinic.
