Policies
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking if room is reserved 3 months or longer ahead of function date. Balance of rentals is due 60 days prior to date of function. If your function is booked less than 2 months ahead, the full rental amount will be due at the signing of the contract. Otherwise function will be canceled.
Rentals must be booked 1 month in advance of the requested function date.
The building is not available for rent Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and any other holiday designated by the Midwest City Council.
