Motor Squad

The Motorcycle Squad specializes in enhanced and proactive traffic enforcement, vehicle escorts, traffic flow management, dignitary protection, and special events.

Motor Officers are primarily assigned to traffic control, collision investigation, Selective Traffic Emphasis Program, parades, and escorts. They also prevent and deter criminal activity, preserve the peace, protect life and property, and respect and protect the Constitutional Rights of individuals and enforce in a fair and impartial manner the ordinances of the City of Midwest City.

The Motor Officers are a specialized unit with advanced knowledge in accident and advanced accident reconstruction investigations.  All motor officers are also members of the Advanced Collision Investigation Team comprising of both motor and patrol officers.
