Policies
Payment in full of rentals is due at the signing of the contract.
Rentals may not be booked 1-30 days in advance of the requested function date.
The building is not available for rent Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and any other holiday designated by the Midwest City Council.
