NOTICE OF CODE CHANGES

The City of Midwest City has recently adopted the following codes:

- 2018 ICC Codes for residential and commercial buildings (effective 4/27/2023)

ADA Committee Purpose

The purpose of the ADA Transition Plan Committee is to review and make recommendations on grievances or complaints regarding the City’s ADA compliance. The committee will also work with City staff to set priorities to address physical and administrative barriers.

Meetings

The ADA Transition Plan Committee shall meet once every six months in the months of November and May, or such other times as designated by the committee, or at such times as the City Council may request.
