Volunteer Greeters and Tax Preparers Needed for VITA Program

The Grants Management Office is seeking volunteers to be greeters and tax preparers for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.

Free training is provided. Tax preparers must become IRS certified. Training will be held in January 2021 and online training is also available.

All returns are prepared with tax software and submitted electronically.

The VITA program operation and training will be located at the Nick Harroz Community Center, 200 N. Midwest Blvd.
