The Grants office will post any Request for Proposals here. That will include annual requests for public service and fair housing proposals.

5 year Consolidated and Annual Action Plans

This plan lays out anticipated 5 year goals  as well as annual goals and objectives for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. These documents serve as the City's application for annual CDBG funding.

Annual GPR & CAPER Documents

The annual Grants Performance Report (GPR) and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) makes note of the accomplishments and beneficiaries of the annual CDBG funding.
