Swimming Pools

A permit is required for new in-ground and above-ground swimming pools. Swimming pools must not be placed on or over any utility easements. Please contact 405-739-1223 with questions regarding the placement of a swimming pool.

Application submission requirements

• Site plan showing the proposed location of the swimming pool including the distances from the sides and rear property lines.

Click Here for the Swimming Pool Permit Application. Engineering & Construction Services will receive a copy of your permit once the online application has been submitted. You will also receive a verification email stating your permit number.
