NOTICE OF CODE CHANGES

The City of Midwest City has recently adopted the following codes: 

- 2018 ICC Codes for residential and commercial buildings (effective 4/27/2023)

• 2018 Model International Residential Code
• 2018 Model International Building Code
• 2018 Model International Energy Code
• 2018 International Plumbing Code with OUBCC Amendments
• 2018 International Mechanical Code with OUBCC Amendments
• 2018 International Fuel Gas Code with OUBCC Amendments

- 2020 NEC, NFPA 70 Codes as amended by OUBCC (effective May/1/2023)
