Childcare

Permits are $15 annually plus $0.50 per child. Licenses expire on April 30 of each year.

Permitting was established by Ordinance #2569.

Application

Requirements

Businesses only have to acquire a license through us if they are providing care for 8 or more children.

Application must be made every year with a copy of the State of Oklahoma Department of Human Services License. (States the maximum number of children the facility can care for at one time and this is the number to base the $0.50 per child fee on.
