Food Truck License

A food truck license is  needed for any operation of a food truck within city limits.  Operation is only allowed in areas other than commercial or industrial zoning by obtaining a special event permit.

You may obtain a license for a full calendar year for $100.00 or quarterly for $25.00. Quarterly licenses are not prorated and must follow the schedule below.

Jan 1st - Dec 31st     $100.00
Jan 1st - March 31st   $25.00
April 1st - June 30th   $25.00
July 1st - Sept 30th     $25.00
Oct 1st - Dec 31st       $25.00

OSBI background check must be submitted with application.  This will include name based, sex and violent offender on the OSBI application.

You will need to obtain a separate Health License that is valid through August 31st of each year.  Cost of a Health License is $50.00.    

Proof of Insurance must be submitted with application.  See ordinance for coverage amounts.
