After receiving your confirmation, payment can be made by calling Midwest City Parks & Recreation: 405-739-1293 (Unless you are a returning coach, you will be required to create an account in Midwest City's CivicRec system: CivicRec Midwest City)
Head Coaches must complete a separate registration for each team/age division you will be / would like to coach. One CivicRec account can pay for multiple teams
Indemnification policies
- The City of Midwest City is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during the activities at Reed Ballpark and/or the Midwest City MAC (Multi-Athletic Complex).
- I assume full and complete responsibility for my child's and my actions while participating in the activity or use of a facility owned by the City of Midwest City.
- I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the City of Midwest City and / or its Agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, costs, liabilities, expenses, or judgement whatsoever.
- I understand there is inherent risk in participating in any physical activity. I agree that I have read and understand the given terms and conditions.
