We will not ask for any payment at this time. After you submit your registration, your player will be listed as an available player in their division for other league teams. There is no guarantee that a team will need your player or that an available team will form in your division. If you're interested in coaching/managing a team in our league and need players, please let us know!

- The City of Midwest City is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during the activities at Reed Ballpark and/or the Midwest City MAC (Multi-Athletic Complex).
- I assume full and complete responsibility for my child's and my actions while participating in the activity or use of a facility owned by the City of Midwest City.
- I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the City of Midwest City and / or its Agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, costs, liabilities, expenses, or judgement whatsoever.
- I understand there is inherent risk in participating in any physical activity. I agree that I have read and understand the given terms and conditions.
