Flag Football

Offered by Central Oklahoma Flag Football, Midwest City's Adult Flag Football League consists of 8v8 format.

Games are played at the Midwest City MAC (Multi-Athletic Complex / 9400 S.E. 29th Street).

 Fall League Info

• 8 week season + Playoffs
• Played on Sunday afternoons
• Games start at 1:00 p.m. 
• Official fees: $20 per team per game; paid in cash BEFORE you play your first game to the referee in charge. $160 due for 8 weeks, playoffs will be additional charge per game
• Length of season is determined by how many teams are entered into the league; usually eight weeks plus playoffs
• T-shirts for first place
• Plays in the fall only in Midwest City
