Information for Daycares

The Reno Swim and Slide welcomes use of the pool by Midwest City Daycare facilities. The following outlines the rules and policies required by the City of Midwest City.

Policies

• Pre-scheduling will be required. This can be done by calling 405-739-1288. Midwest City Daycares will receive priority if they pre-schedule prior to the pool opening. Times can be scheduled for 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m., or 1 - 3 p.m. Thursdays.
• Staff members must be at least 16 years old and wear swimsuits and wristbands while attending children. One staff member per seven children is required.
• Attending children must have completed kindergarten to participate with daycares or schools.
• With each visit, a group attendance form must be completed and given to the cashier with all in attendance at the time of admittance for a discounted rate or group pass usage. Group attendance forms can be obtained at the Park and Recreation Department, located in the Nick Harroz Community Center, 200 N Midwest Blvd.
• A maximum total of 200 children will be admitted for each time slot from daycare/school programs.
• No outside food or drink is allowed in the facility.
• All swimmers must wear a bathing suit.
• No gym shorts or cut-offs are allowed.
• Daycares must purchase wrist bands for and 25 cents additional per band. Please call the pool for purchasing information, at 405-739-0066
