The Nick Harroz Community Center is a beautiful, 8,961-square-foot facility that is available for weddings, business meetings, family reunions or just about any event you may be planning.

The Nick Harroz Community Center offers the public 3 rooms for rental and 4 different session times during the day and evening. For your convenience, the Nick Harroz Community Center can book up to 6 months in advance.

  • Rooms can be placed on hold for 48 hours (if available).
  • Within the 48 hours, a contract must be signed with a 50 % deposit of the total rental fees due at signing, with the balance of the rental price due 60 days prior to the function. (If booking a room and your date is within 60 days, the full rental price must be paid within the 48 hours)
  • A 75% refund will be issued if you cancel at least 90 days in advance of your original event date.
  • A 25% refund will be issued if you cancel at least 61 to 89 days prior to your original event date.
  • No refunds will be issued if you cancel 60 days or less prior to your original event date.
  • Refunds issued take a minimum of 15 working days to a maximum of 30 working days to be processed.

The Nick Harroz Midwest City Community Center is equipped with meeting space that is available for parties, weddings, receptions, meal functions, meetings, family reunions and more seven days a week. The rooms accommodate varying capacities from 30 – 400 guests. In addition, the entire facility is available for rent providing access to all meeting spaces. 

Each room comes equipped with the number of tables and chairs needed to accommodate the contracted number of guests.  If the lessee abides by the contract and provides their own set up and tear down of tables and chairs, no charge will be applied for their use. 

The Midwest Room is equipped with a full caterer’s kitchen separate from the meeting space to include a refrigerator, stove, microwave and sinks. The Bomber Room is furnished with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and single sink that is part of the meeting space. The Titan Room has a refrigerator that is within the meeting space.

The Nick Harroz Community Center offers flexible dining choices by allowing the lessee to select their own caterer or provide their own food and beverage. The Community Center provides ice for each function, but does not provide serving utensils, table clothes, centerpieces, etc. It is the responsibility of the lessee to provide the items needed for their function.

A refundable cleaning deposit is due on the function date and the rates can be found in the table below. The deposit will be returned upon the event’s conclusion provided the tables and chairs are returned to the proper storage area and the room is swept and mopped.

Additional Information

A 50% deposit is due at the time of the booking. Balance of rentals is due 60 days prior to date of function, otherwise the function will be canceled.

The building is not available for rental on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Also, the building is not available for rental on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and any other holiday designated by the City Council.

The schedule of rates was approved by the Mayor and City Council on the 11th day of March 2008.  Effective date April 11, 2008.
