Big Fire Baseball League in Midwest City - Development League Team Registration

Team Registration OPEN THRU MARCH 15

  • $150 per team T-Ball (4U-6U) 
  • $300 per team Baseball (7U-12U)
  • Schedules will be released by March 15
  • Schedules will be available on MWC QuickScores (During the season)
  • Individuals searching for a T-Ball and/or baseball team can either register here or email Robert Taylor (rtaylor@midwestcityok.org). We will attempt to put teams together, but will need volunteers to also coach. 
  • Season starts March 31, finishes no later than the week of May 26
  • Age Cutoff: May 1
  • Games will be played under combined Big Fire & NFHS Rules and will be released by February 15.
  • 4U-6U divisions will play just one game on the evening your team is scheduled
  • 7U-12U divisions will play doubleheaders
  • 6 game minimum (4U-6U T-Ball)
  • 12 game minimum (7U-12U)
  • Make-up games will be scheduled on off nights per the coaches' discretion. We will avoid Friday nights and weekends!
  • Coaches Meeting: MWC Community Center on March 27
    • T-Ball & Coach Pitch Divisions (4U-8U): 6PM-7PM
    • Development League (9U-12U): 7PM-8PM

    • Monday nights (4U-6U)
    • Tuesday nights (7U-9U)
    • Mon., Tues., & Thurs. nights (10U-12U)

  • After receiving your confirmation, payment can be made by calling Midwest City Parks & Recreation: 405-739-1293 (Unless you are a returning coach, you will be required to create an account in Midwest City's CivicRec system: CivicRec Midwest City)
  • Head Coaches must complete a separate registration for each team/age division you will be / would like to coach. One CivicRec account can pay for multiple teams
  • Indemnification policies

    • The City of Midwest City is not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during the activities at Reed Ballpark and/or the Midwest City MAC (Multi-Athletic Complex).
    • I assume full and complete responsibility for myself and my child's actions while participating in the activity or attending an event at facilities owned by the City of Midwest City. 
    • I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the City of Midwest City, the Midwest City Municipal Authority, Big Fire Showcases and/or its Agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, costs, liabilities, expenses, or judgement whatsoever. 
    • I understand there is inherent risk in participating in any physical activity. I agree that I have read and understand the given terms and conditions.
