Bicycle Patrol Team

The purpose of this team is to provide police bicycle patrol for Field Operations utilization and special events.

Objectives of the Bicycle Patrol Team:

• To effectively utilize the police mountain bicycle as a law enforcement tool
• To patrol high activity areas, provide a visible police presence and address quality of life issues in those areas.
• To provide additional manpower for special events.
• To serve as a public relations asset to increase positive interactions with citizens.
