Records Bureau
The Records Bureau consists of Records Clerks and a Crime Analyst/Uniform Crime Reporter. The Records Bureau is responsible for case document scanning, case report management, data entry, public service for the request of records and impound release forms, monthly crime reporting to The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and historical archiving of all police reports generated by our officers.
The Records Bureau also assists with administrative duties for the Chief of Police as well as clerical support for Police Officers and Municipal Jailers. To obtain copies of an accident and/or incident report in accordance with The Oklahoma Open Records Act, please complete the Midwest City Police Department's Records Request form. Citizens may obtain a copy of their report by either visiting the Records Bureau or calling the Records Bureau for other available options.
